The first chess programmer’s tournaments were a big success. You can find a report and pictures of the previous editions here.

Some principles:

• Author(s) must be present during the whole tournament
• Tournament with 6 rounds on saturday and sunday
• Proper time for lunch and dinner (and having drinks in the bar) in the playing schedule
• Long time controls (90 minutes for the game)
• Possibility to arrive on friday, leaving the latest on monday morning
• Food arranged and part of the registration fee (dinner saturday evening and lunch on saturday and sunday). Breakfast is available as well, but has to be ordered separately and will depend on arrival/departure times.

The fourth edition will take place on March 26-27 2011.
