Chile - Puerto Natales till Puerto Montt
Southern Patagonia ended with a three days/four nights boat trip through the Chilean canals and fjords. The boat has a capacity of 300 passengers and its average speed is 25 km/hour.

The boats takes you through some mystic islands and canals, all covered in clouds.

Here we crossed a small sealion colony. Search for the big male on the right of the picture, sitting on the highest point of the rock. All he does is sleeping, resting and watching over his 20 wifes.... just like the african lions :)

Here is Antoine making sure the rescue equipment fits him properly and figuring out the best way to jump in case of :)

Sofie trying to figure out the best and savest way to cruise, up in the control room...

Being sure everyting is ok on the boat, we were ready to party into 2005 with lots of champagne :)

Having a big party on the boat for New Year, there was even a lightshow by the crewmembers with the rescue fires, spectacular on first sight but after a while you realize that this is quite dangerous, playing with fire on a ship can have bad consequences...anyway, back inside close to the champagne the party went on and on ...

Next two picture reflect typical Patagonian weather : in one day you just get the four seasons!
