The main goal of this dissertation is to support lecturers with teaching and learning with ICT in the integration of an ELO in competence-based learning. The written documents have three parts. Basic fundamental theory for the change process we are confronted with is subject of part one. The analysis of the questionnaires, lecturers and students filled in in the previous module (Project Students), is subject of part two. Part three offers guidelines for teaching and learning with ICT.

For external partners the website offers the necessary information. We think in this case especially on the students mentors in Secondary Education Schools. The Study Program offers lecturers concrete guidelines by worked out examples of how filling in study programs for students.
