Micheline Van der Mosen is an attorney of the Flemish speaking Bar in Brussels.  After graduating with special mention as a master of law from the catholic University of Leuven in 1983, she completed her training  with a complementary study year in theology at the Belgian Bible Institute at Heverlee (Leuven).

Married and a mother of three, she is deeply attached to the place of the family in modern society.  Her preferences are in the fields of labour law, family law and property law.

As a committed Protestant Christian, Mrs Van der Mosen places her  profession in the perspective of the ongoing search for greater justice in this world.
