The tests cover both functional and non-functional requirements as well as performance analyses with Loadrunner and where needed the appropriate test techniques were used, this project was seen as a “Must Do” project within the organisation For this application suggestion were made to the Management to start building up a regression test set so I became the SPOC of it for the delivery and acceptance and also distributing within a well defined and agreed time frame together with the Management. Responsible to define the Entry and Exit criteria of this application to pass from Unit to System and/or Integration and Solutions testing. A first experience on security testing (Authorisation and Authentication) has been gained. Proximus: Senior Business Support Assistant. Coördination of a Reference database. This database was used to specify new promotions. New actions or promotions were initialised by the Marketing Department. Via Parameterisation into the RDM Gui it was possible to launch new actions in a short time. All this was done directly into the production environment, so a secure and punctual mindset was needed to succeed in this domain, regular meetings with people from other departments and audits were held. My first touch with Proximus was within the customer service department as a help desk assistant, giving support to Proximus’ first customers with their cell phones and subscriptions.
