Every issue of Johnny contains a number of extras. These are Happy Noodle Boy, Wobbly Headed Bob, Public Service Announcements and the Meanwhiles.
On this page I'll give some info on Happy Noodle Boy and Wobbly Headed Bob.

Happy Noodle Boy
Happy Noodle Boy is a stick figure. He's also insane. He screams at people and tells them they're going to die, or urinated upon. When Happy Noodle Boy is not screaming, he is probably busy getting killed by people.
Jhonen got the idea for Happy Noodle Boy when one of his friends kept bugging him to make a new comic, again and again and again. With Noodle Boy he created a very weird comic that's easy to draw.

Wobbly Headed Bob
Wobbly Headed Bob suffers, because he is superior. Or at least he likes to think he is. Bob is constantly depressed by the stupidity he sees around him ("I have only sympathy for your revolting stupidity.") and often drives happy people to suicide with his reasoning.
