Squee is the little boy who lives next to Johnny's house in JtHM. This comic is one of Jhonen's "lighter" comics; there's not as much text or other thought-provoking material in Squee as Johnny, it's all just good old questionably tasteful fun.

Squee is a little boy who seems to be very prone to, well, bad stuff happening around him. No matter what he does, or what he tries to do, it always has disastrous consequences. He is laughed at at school, unaccepted by his parents who never wanted him and every now and then the scary man next door sneaks into his room. In school he attracts people like Pepito - who is actually the AntiChrist.

His only friend is Shmee, his teddybear. Shmee tells him to set people on fire. Squee does not like this.

As mentioned earlier, Squee was originally a character from JtHM. And, in turn, there are many characters who later appear in Invader Zim in the Squee series, like Ms Bitters (the teacher), the two aliens who abduct Squee, and at some points a rough version of Zim himself. Ghosts, aliens, AntiChrists, old people going insane, people dying in bathrooms, dust mites, insanity and puppies getting ran over by cars - if you like these things, Squee! is definitely something for you.
