[24] Fried cream. [25] Take cream and set it on the fire and let it
boil. [26] Then take white bread crumbled very small [27] and add it to
the cream, or take crushed wafers, a [28] goodly amount. Then take egg
yolks; mix [29] them with the milk and with the cream. Then boil it [30]
all together and add thereto a good amount [31] of sugar and some salt,
